Pizza Equipment Supply, Inc Announces Resignation Of CEO
Cherryville, NC (PRWEB) December 30, 2009 -- For the last two years, Mr. Bramhall has been working with a group of investors to build another business in China, American Institute of Pizza (AiP) and the estimated time he would be working on this project quickly grew to where he has spent more time in China than at his post as CEO of PESI. In an email to the Board of Directors on October 25, 2009, Marcus Bramhall wrote: "My current position with PESI is not operations, only shared ownership (of PESI)" and "I wish to continue to pursue my work with AiP."
The Board of Directors has now accepted Mr. Bramhall's resignation and has named Loucretia Woosley-Bramhall acting CEO, pro tempore. Loucretia stated, "…while Marcus has been working with AiP in China I have acted in his stead through some very difficult times with the recession and have successfully kept the company alive. I gladly accept the Board's appointment and look forward to continuing the growth of PESI in 2010 by establishing new partnerships."
Loucretia went on to say that a big part of PESI plans for 2010 include seeking new vendors for aftermarket parts to show case in the new e-commerce website (http://www.pesiparts.com), and the continued expansion of PESI from a discount pizza restaurant equipment part supply house to discount parts for all the major brands of restaurant equipment. Additionally she stated, "Our refurbishing business continues to pick up after this recession and we look forward to being the company for 'All Parts, All Equipment, All The Time'."
